Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your furniture in its original packaging, ensuring all components and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Collection

  Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with our specialist furniture couriers to collect the item from your property at a scheduled time.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned piece to ensure it meets our resale standards, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
